Booking Policies & Cancellation policies

Once you have submitted your information, you can expect a response, via email, within 24 to 48 hours.  Once we have decided on a date, a 20% retainer fee will be required to secure the date. The retainer fee is nonrefundable & nontransferable.   The remainder of the payment is due immediately after the session.  All retainer fees must be paid immediately and session and other packages (plus taxes) can be paid via money order, certified check, paypal or cash.  the retainer fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 72 hours prior to the date of session.  We can only reschedule you once.  If you fail to contact us within 72 hours, and if we miss the second rescheduled date and time, the booking process must start again with another retainer fee. If we need to reschedule due to the weather, we will let you know at least 24h in advance.
